Refund policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at natabizzus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as final sale
Opened or used beauty products
Personalized or custom items
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Processing Time Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. Due to our dropshipping model, some items may require additional processing time.
